By accessing or using Lineups ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Lineups provides AI-powered video processing services that transform property walkthrough videos into professional marketing reels. The Service includes video upload, processing, and delivery via email or SMS.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all videos and content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and transform your videos using our AI technology
• Store your content temporarily for processing purposes
• Deliver the processed content to you via your chosen method

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content you do not have rights to use

5. Subscription and Billing

Lineups offers a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription at $39/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Retention

Uploaded videos are processed and transformed. Original files may be deleted after transformation to conserve storage. Processed videos are available for download for 30 days after creation unless you have an active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
